~ Special Group Celebrations ~

How about letting us facilitate your special group visit? Such as that special birthday, anniversary, or reunion celebration that you want to cherish? We’ve include a sample package itinerary to start your planning process. Take a look, and dream up your own wish list. Contact us with your ideas, and we can work together to create a most special time for your and yours.

Sample Celebration Itinerary:
(prices per person; minimum of six guests)

• Day 1: Arrive at Trail Creek Camp and settle in. Come with us on a guided orientation walk, if you desire; otherwise, just enjoy Trail Creek’s amenities: fishing, bicycling, walking, ping-pong, darts, horseshoes. Come evening, we’ll serve a Cowboy Buffet Dinner by the creek, followed by a bonfire welcome at dusk. Then, you’ll enjoy a good night’s sleep under the Montana stars!
  
• Day 2: Buffet breakfast served in the Buffalo Jump Lodge. A leisurely day, filled with your choice of activities:
  • horseback riding (1/2 day; lunch included)
  • river rafting (1/2 day; lunch included)
  • guided mountain hiking (1/2 or full day; lunch included)
  • shopping in Livingston or Bozeman (1/2 or full day)
  • day trip to historic Virginia City (full day)
    
    Come evening, a trip to historic Chico Hot Springs for dinner and a leisurely soak – a favorite meeting place! Complete with pool-side grill, formal restaurant, authentic saloon. An evening to remember!
    
• Day 3: Buffet breakfast served in the Buffalo Jump Lodge. Departure soon after for a day at Yellowstone Park – the nation’s first and grandest! Spend the day visiting geysers with picnic snacks in tow. An early dinner at Old Faithful Inn, followed by a leisurely drive home through Hayden Valley, wildlife-packed in late afternoon. Arrive back at Trail Creek Camp for hot chocolate and story-telling by the campfire.
  
• Day 4: A Farewell Breakfast served by the creek. Departure at your convenience.

Price per person: $350 ($250 per child, 12 or under).
Plus 7% MT bed tax.

(includes all but Day 2 activities, Day 2 dinner; Day 3 trip to Yellowstone)

Note: arrangements can easily be made for all ground transport during your stay; prices vary depending on your needs.
