This cabin sits right along Trail Creek – you’ll hear its gurgling from every direction. The large one-room cabin sports a wood-burning stove, a little table and chairs, a moose-covered futon couch (sleeps two), and a double bed. Its deck holds rustic rocking chairs for gazing at, listening to, and breathing in Trail Creek, just alongside. The Moose Shed is romantically rustic: lighting is from kerosene lanterns; water is from bottles (drinking) or from the hillside spring (washing); a commons lounging area and kitchen are located in the Buffalo Jump Lodge; and the bathroom is a composting toilet (the best in the west). You’ll enjoy our guest passes to Chico Hot Springs in the evening, and our buffet breakfast in the morning.
